Carbon Laser Peel FAQs

How does Carbon Laser Peel work ?

The Carbon Peel is a two stage process.
During the first stage, a carbon lotion is applied to the skin. Then a 1060m wavelength laser reaches the dermis, creating controlled thermal damage to stimulate the healing process. This causes collagen, elastin and fibroblast production and remodelling to rejuvenate the skin and target fine lines and wrinkles. The heat created also induces remodelling and contraction of the pores, making it an ideal treatment for those with enlarged pores.

When targeted at acne, this high energy treatment goes straight to the acne's membrane and destroys it, reducing ache and its related inflammation.

The second part of the treatment comprises the removal of the carbon lotion, with the short pulse Q-Switched laser.
This laser breaks up the carbon into fine particles and then absorbs them, by destroying the carbon and removing the dead skin cells, oils and impurities that were bound to it.

The skin also receives a deep exfoliation during this second stage, making it 4 times stronger than any other peel on the market, and leaving the skin considerably brighter, and smoother in tone and texture.

The entire treatment takes approximately 30 minutes, and the effects are noticeable straight away. You'll see an instant brightening of your skin, which will also feel smoother and softer than ever before.

How long does a Hollywood laser peel last?

Most patients experience beautiful results after the first session, but you may need a series of three to five treatments to get the results you want. You can expect the results to last for several months, with many patients experiencing them for longer.

How effective is Hollywood laser peel?

How painful is Hollywood laser?

A carbon peel is a revolutionary laser treatment that is completely painless with minimal-to-zero downtime. Some patients feel the “zap” of the laser every time it flickers. Most importantly, there is absolutely no pain involved.

Are there any side effects of a Carbon Peel?

The Carbon Peel is a completely safe skin treatment, with no reports of major skin complications or painful side effects. Post-treatment, you may notice some slight redness, and experience some tingling, but this will both subside post-treatment.

Avoid tanning. Although DiolazeXL® can safely accommodate skin tones as dark as level VI, special consideration is necessary for patients with darker skin to achieve desired results. As with traditional laser hair removal treatments, tanning on naturally fair skin before and after treatments is not advised. Since laser hair removal involves the direction of intensely focused heat, tanning can increase the risk of potential danger. Eyelash Extensions FAQs

What are Eyelash Extensions?

  • Eyelash extensions are individual, semi-permanent false lashes that
are attached to your natural eyelashes (one false lash per individual
    lash).
  • They create dramatically fuller, longer, darker lashes in 1-2 hours appointment.
  • To adhere the false lashes to your natural lashes, a semi-permanent,
eye-safe glue is used, which will ware off over the course of a 4-8
week period (or more quickly if you used oil-based products or are a
    rough sleeper).

Eyelash Extensions Benefits

  • It works: With lash extensions, you’ll wake up every day with long, fluttering, gorgeous lashes.
  • The process is extremely effective at enhancing your eyes and looks incredible on everyone.
  • Completely customizable: Your look can be as natural or as dramatic
as you’d like—just work with your lash artist to decide on the ideal
length and curl of your extensions.
  • Virtually waterproof: While you can’t get them wet in the first 48
hours, you can still swim, shower, and sweat in your extensions
(although the dryer you keep them, the longer they can last).
  • Pain-free: The entire process is 100 percent painless for almost everyone, from start to finish.
  • It’s (usually) safe: Dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and
estheticians agree that, for the most part, extensions are safe (Few
people may have risks of irritation and infection…so, pay attention the
    artist instructions).
